Before I Go To Sleep - TLC Blog Tour

Before I Go To Sleep - S.J. Watson (TLC Blog Tour) Synopsis:

S. J. Watson makes his powerful debut with this compelling, fast-paced psychological thriller, reminiscent of Shutter Island and Memento, in which an amnesiac who, following a mysterious accident, cannot remember her past or form new memories, desperately tries to uncover the truth about who she is—and who she can trust.

My Thoughts:

Wow! This book was a roller coaster of I don't know how to explain. The thought of waking up every day and not knowing who you are or being able to form memories for any length of time. How horrifying that must be. And then to realize not all is as it may seem? Just adds that much more horror to the story.

Christine's story is remarkable. I found her character to be tough and determined and very fragile at the same time. The author did an amazing job keeping me in suspense. I never truly knew who was who, what was what, and whether anything I was reading was real or make believe. This wasn't a suspense book for just a small portion of it, it was a full on suspense until the last few pages kind of book.

To say the least, great book. Outstanding in fact!

This certainly sounds like a page turner. I can't imagine losing my memory over and over and over again!
