E Reader Questions...

So I've decided to take the plunge and buy an E Reader. I've narrowed it down to these two:

Or

If given the option, which would you buy and why? I would really love to get other blogger opinions on this especially now since both have dropped their prices considerably and both look pretty good to me.

I've actually held a Kindle 2 and I love how light it is. We don't have a Barnes and Noble in my town so I haven't gotten to hold that one. I will be heading to my in laws next weekend and will go to their Barnes and Noble to check it out. I am having such a hard time deciding which one to get and would love any and all advice.

I actually chose a Sony eReader Touch and I really like it. Kindle is only compatible with Kindle files (can't read pdf, ePub or anything else) and I haven't heard anything about the Nook. My Sony, really the only downside is the slight glare on the screen. Otherwise I really like it.

I have the iPad but I realize not everyone cam afford that. But the new iBooks allows epub plus PDF. I'd go with whatever can read epub files and PDF so that you can import them.

I got a Nook just last week! I chose it over the Kindle because of it being able to accept epub/pdf books. I had heard that you can't with the Kindle or if you do, you have to email it to them and they charge you. No thanks! I had a lot of pdf books and books from netgalley that I wanted to put it on, so that's why I chose the Nook. I love it so far, no complaints!

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. I think if I like the feel of the Nook, I will be buying that. The kindle is out because of the epub files. The Ipad is more than I want to spend and it weighs a ton. I don't know much about the Sony yet and I will be researching that one this week also.
