Well this is the last weekend until Christmas and boy has it been a pretty busy one.
We finished up our shopping on Friday and Sunday. Saturday my honey works so I got to run out and pick up one more gift for him. The rest of the day I just relaxed.
I got a cookbook in the mail on Friday. One I had one a month or so ago. So on Sunday I went way out of my cooking comfort zone and made Mini Cheesecakes. I have no idea if they turned out and won't until tomorrow, but I'm crossing my fingers.
This picture is also from last December on my trip to downtown in all the snow and it fits the season perfectly.
I will be offline for part of the week. I am going to my grandma's house and there's no Internet there. It will be good for me. Gives me time to visit with my family and my mom, who now lives down there. I also hope to squeeze in some reading time in the evenings.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and here's to a week full of family, fun and most importantly lots of love.
