THIS WEEKS LETTER IS: N
Nightmares & Dreamscapes - Stephen King
Synopsis
Here are twenty superlative stories devilishly designed by Stephen King to take you where you never dreamed of going before. Included, too, are a telescript that made home screen history, a startling poem, and an essay that Stephen King regards as his best nonfiction writing.
These versatile selections vary widely in style and subject matter and vividly display the full range of Stephen King's matchless imagination. And to add to his readers' pleasure and curiosity, King includes his own entrancing inside accounts of how the stories came into being and why.
Stephen King calls this extraordinary retrospective Nightmares and Dreamscapes. But don't let his title fool you. When you read it, sleep will be the furthest thing from your mind.
In honor of Mr. King's new novel "Under the Dome", being released yesterday, I thought I would use one of his other books for my pick this week. This one I have read although it has been many years. It sits patiently with all my other King books for the day when I will get around to rereading it.

Stephen King = Nightmares for me. Here is my "N" book.
This one is on my list, & I want 'Dome' but it is too heavy, I'll wait for paperback or Kindle.

King is too scary/weird for me when I can't sleep after reading his books.
I don't read much Stephen King, although I'm not sure why.
I can't do King. He's almost as scary as my own nightmares are!
Here's my N book.
I can't read King either--too scary. If you want to wander down my road I’m home.
I seldom read Stephen King. Becos he has somewhat biased views about women.
A-Z Wednesday: Neverwhere
Stephen King is my brothers favourite author I don't know I haven't tried one yet as I do love watching horrors. :-0
With a couple of exceptions, I enjoy King's books; I went with Cujo back when we were on C. This is a great choice for N!
:-)
(My N book is on my blog today.)
