Mailbox Monday & What Are You Reading

Mailbox Monday was originally hosted by Marcia at the Printed page but now it is a traveling meme. This month it is being hosted by Anna at Diary of An Eccentric.

Again I had an empty mailbox. Which is a good thing because once you read further down you'll understand that, this week, empty is good. :)

It's Monday. What are you reading this week? Hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through A World of Books. This is a meme to list the books completed last week, the books currently being read, and the books to be finished this week.

Books I finished in the last week:

Not a darn thing. I was just busy with work and by the time I made it home last week, I was too tired to do much than hang with the family and veg on TV.

Books I am reading this week:

The Beach - Alex Garland
11-22-63 Stephen King ( Yes I am re reading this on audiobook this time. It's all Sheila's fault really after her glowing review of it.)

Books to Finish This week:

The Beach - Alex Garland ( I will finish this this week. I have other books, I'm anxiously awaiting to read)

Work is crazy busy for me too and nights are for reading, no blogging time.

Enjoy your books this week if you get to them.

I'm not a big Stephen King fan. I heard from those that are, that the book is great. :)

I know what you mean. When I get home after working I am ZONKED! I try to read but I am asleep as soon as I get in a comfy position.
I feel bad really, I have neglected so many bookish things :(
I panicked thinking my tour post was due for tomorrow!
PHEW! I am writing it tomorrow during the day.
First time visitor to your blog :)
Have a gr8 week <3

I loved The Beach. I read it years ago and it's always stayed with me. Just loved the feel of it. As a result I have never been able to watch the film.

11-22-63 would take up a lot of time - I hope you are enjoying it!

Wishing you a great reading week!

I try to read every night before going to bed. My work schedule lately hasn't for allowed that. I'm working later which means I come home later and everything is pushed back. So if I'm lucky, I can read for 10 minutes or so. Now I'm reading during lunch which helps break up my work day. Hopefully things will settle down for us soon!

11/22/63 is one I hope to read soon. I'm torn between reading it or listening to it. I've read great reviews about each format.

11/22/63 was such a great read - a bit slow in the middle, but the ending more than makes up for it.

New follower, just stopping by on a Monday . . .

I know what you mean as I don't usually get home til 5:30 and I don't want to spend the next couple of hours on the computer myself. Monday and the weekends are usually the only days that I get to catch up on blog posts. Happy reading!
