A change

So recently I've begun getting some unwelcome anonymous comments so I've had to turn off anonymous posting for now. I might in time turn it back on but I have no interest in the spam that has been posted the last week or so.

I did this several weeks ago as I was getting spammed every day and since then nothing - no spam. It's unfortunate that we have to do this.

I find I really reduced the spam comments by disallowing comments on posts that were over 2 weeks old.... spam makes me crazy!

Totally understand -- I never thought to check for spam on old posts. I'll have to see how to do turn off the comments.

I might have to do that, too...I had a couple of really WEIRD comments last week!
